工作內容work content: 1. 控制計劃的更新與監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。Updating, supervision and execution of control plan 2. 生產過程問題的處理。Handling of production process problems. 3. 產品一次合格率的提升，減少報廢率及返工率。Improve the FPY, reduce scrappage and rework rate. 4. 執(zhí)行過程審核及產品審核。Executing process and product audit. 5. 優(yōu)化過程控制方法，對檢驗員及生產人員進行必要的培訓。 Optimize process control method, conduct training for inspectors and production personnel 6. 工廠內不合格品流程的監(jiān)控管理。Monitoring and management of non-conformance products 7. 生產過程中變更管理的監(jiān)控。Supervision of change management during production. 8. 過程能力的統(tǒng)計及預防措施的組織管理。Statistics of process capability and organization management of precautionary measures. 9. 其他上級領導安排的工作事項。Other jobs assigned by the superior. 任職資格Qualification: 教育背景education background: ◆ 工科本科以上學歷。Bachelor degree or above 培訓經歷Training experience: ◆IATF 16949 VDA6.3；VDA 6.5 經 驗Experience: ◆5年以上汽車行業(yè)質量工作經驗；有汽車行業(yè)一級供應商經驗3年以上。 At least 5 years quality working experience in automotive industry; At least 3 years experience as a first-class supplier in automotive industry. 技能技巧ability and skills: ◆ 質量5大工具的使用Use of five tool of quality 8D，PDCA等問題分析能力；Problem analytical ability of 8D, PDCA. 精益生產的基本知識Basic knowledge of lean production 英語作為工作語言Take English as working language 態(tài) 度Attitude: ◆ 積極的團隊精神。Positive teamwork spirit ◆ 英語可作為工作語言！English can be used as a working language！ ◆工作中有一定的體力需求。There is a certain physical demand in work.
