基本招聘要求和條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，身體健康，無(wú)犯罪記錄。
2.從事語(yǔ)言類教學(xué)的外教，原則上應(yīng)從事其母語(yǔ)國(guó)母語(yǔ)教學(xué)，并取得母語(yǔ)國(guó)大學(xué)學(xué)士及以上學(xué)歷學(xué)位，且具有2年及以上教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或取得教育類、語(yǔ)言類或師范類學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位，或取得所在國(guó)教師資格證書或符合要求的國(guó)際語(yǔ)言TEFL證書。
3.從事非語(yǔ)言類專業(yè)課程教學(xué)的外教，需具有碩士以上學(xué)歷學(xué)位，并具有相關(guān)專業(yè)及行業(yè)背景和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（注：母語(yǔ)非英語(yǔ)的專業(yè)人才需提供相應(yīng)教學(xué)的語(yǔ)言證書）
4.年齡60歲以下，符合A類人才要求的可以適當(dāng)放寬年齡限制。
5.若應(yīng)聘者之前有在中國(guó)執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷，其工作經(jīng)歷須滿足以下條件：
（1）在職期間服從原單位管理；
（2）無(wú)惡意離職經(jīng)歷。
6.無(wú)不適應(yīng)教學(xué)工作的性格缺陷，或不良嗜好，或不適合教學(xué)工作的疾病。

Basic Recruitment Requirements and Conditions
- Applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, be in good health, and have no criminal record.
- Foreign teachers involved in language teaching should, in principle, teach their native language and possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in their home country. They should also have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, or possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in education, language, or teaching disciplines, or hold a teaching qualification from their home country, or a recognized international language TEFL certificate.
- Foreign teachers engaged in non-language professional courses must hold a master’s degree or higher and have relevant professional and industry backgrounds and work experience. (Note: Professionals whose native language is not English must provide a relevant language teaching certificate.)
- Applicants should be under the age of 60, but age restrictions may be relaxed for candidates who meet Class A talent requirements.
- If the applicant has previously taught in China, their work experience must meet the following conditions: Compliance with the management of the original institution during their employment；No malicious resignation history.
- Applicants must not have personality defects, bad habits, or illnesses that would be unsuitable for teaching.

Specific Conditions and Requirements for Applicants
Doctorate or associate professor level or higher in computer science, electronic information, or related fields.

工作量及薪資待遇
1.教學(xué)時(shí)間：每周16節(jié)課。超過(guò)規(guī)定任務(wù)的教學(xué)課時(shí)可另計(jì)報(bào)酬。
2.薪資：外教的待遇包括每月月薪、用餐補(bǔ)貼、機(jī)票補(bǔ)貼、校齡補(bǔ)貼等。工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具體按照外教專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)或?qū)W歷而分類確定。外教取得學(xué)術(shù)成果，可按照相關(guān)規(guī)定另計(jì)成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
3.住宿：學(xué)校免費(fèi)提供公寓，配有基本家具和電器。
4.保險(xiǎn)：學(xué)校將按規(guī)定為外籍教師購(gòu)買商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)。
5.假期：外籍教師有權(quán)享有學(xué)校規(guī)定的中國(guó)公共假期和寒暑假。
6.外教社區(qū)：外教社區(qū)系列活動(dòng)，比如外教中文課、書法課、短期旅游等。
注：科研成果豐富的外教可根據(jù)其自身?xiàng)l件協(xié)商薪資待遇。
Workload and Salary Benefits
- Teaching Hours: Each foreign teacher is required to teach 16 classes per week. Additional teaching hours beyond the stipulated requirement will be compensated separately.
- Salary: The salary package for foreign teachers includes a monthly salary, meal allowance, airfare reimbursement, and seniority allowance. The salary standards are determined based on the foreign teacher’s professional technical position or educational qualifications. Those who achieve academic outcomes may receive additional rewards according to relevant regulations.
- Accommodation: The university provides free apartments for teachers, equipped with basic furniture and appliances.
- Insurance: The school will purchase commercial insurance for foreign teachers as required.
- Holidays: Foreign teachers are entitled to public holidays in China as per school regulations, along with winter and summer vacations.
- Foreign Teacher Community: Activities for foreign teachers include Chinese language classes, calligraphy lessons, and short-term travel as team-building events.
Note: Foreign teachers with outstanding research achievements may negotiate their salary package with our university.
