主要承擔研究生英語教學和留學生對外漢語教學任務(wù)；參與學院的建設(shè)工作，承擔部分行政和學生管理工作等。

（2）國內(nèi)外知名大學英語語言文學、翻譯學或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，具有應(yīng)用語言學背景者優(yōu)先。
（3）具有博士學位，具有副教授職稱。
（4）具有堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)和系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識與技能，有豐富教學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
（5）有國內(nèi)外代表性科研成果發(fā)表，學術(shù)水平優(yōu)秀，有顯著的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br>（6）有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。
【講師】

（4）具有堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)和系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識與技能，有豐富教學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
（5）有國內(nèi)外代表性科研成果發(fā)表，學術(shù)水平優(yōu)秀，有顯著的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br>（6）有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。

【Associate Professor of teaching】
(1) Demonstrates strong ideological and moral qualities, along with integrity and professional ethics.
(2) Graduated from a renowned domestic or international university major in English Language and Literature, Translation Studies, or related field. candidates with a background in Applied Linguistics are desirable.
(3) doctorate degree and the title of Associate Professor.
(4) Possesses a solid theoretical foundation and systematic professional knowledge and skills, with a preference for candidates with extensive teaching experience.
(5) Published representative academic achievements both domestically and internationally.academic excellence with significant development potential
(6) Have the enthusiasm and capability to undertake teaching and research responsibilities.
【Lecturer】
(1) Demonstrates strong ideological and moral qualities, along with integrity and professional ethics.
(2) Graduated from a renowned domestic or international university major in English Language and Literature, Translation Studies, or a related field. Candidates
with a background in Applied Linguistics are desirable.
(3) In principle, a doctorate degree is required; applicants with master degree must have accrued a minimum of three years English teaching experience at university level.
(4) Possesses a solid theoretical foundation and systematic professional knowledge and skills, with a preference for candidates with extensive teaching experience
