一、研究院介紹

南京大學全球知識產(chǎn)權研究院是南京大學在高起點、高品質的蘇州校區(qū)首批建設的新型研究院之一,也是南大法學院"一體兩翼"戰(zhàn)略的重要部分,旨在以中國式現(xiàn)代化和實體經(jīng)濟中心之一的蘇州為基地,按照全球標準,依托前沿經(jīng)驗,瞄準尖端科技領域,匯集全球領軍人物,打造深度呈現(xiàn)"中國本位·全球經(jīng)驗"的中國式知識產(chǎn)權跨界交叉產(chǎn)學一體化重鎮(zhèn),并塑造新技術革命時代科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)及法律深度銜接的全球精英和高管領袖人才。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學全球知識產(chǎn)權研究院擬面向全球招聘知識產(chǎn)權及相關跨界領域的一流權威學者及優(yōu)秀青年學者。本次擬招聘準聘副教授、準聘助理教授若干名(全職崗位)。特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。擬聘崗位的研究方向主要如下:

1.知識產(chǎn)權法,特別是專利法

2.新興領域的知識產(chǎn)權,如大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、生物醫(yī)藥、國際關系、全球治理等領域的知識產(chǎn)權

3.知識產(chǎn)權戰(zhàn)略管理

4.與知識產(chǎn)權法交叉的科技法、數(shù)字治理等領域

三、申請條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī),熱愛教學科研事業(yè);

2.具有良好的師德師風,恪守學術道德,勤勉工作,無犯罪記錄,無違反師德師風和學術道德懲處記錄;

3.一流的學術背景:具有相關學科領域的博士學位,具有一流教學科研機構的學習、工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉相關領域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中,準聘副教授和準聘助理教授分別要求博士畢業(yè)從事學術研究4年以上和2年以上(特別優(yōu)秀者可酌情放寬條件);

4.出色的教學能力:應具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力,掌握良好的教學方法,具有較強的語言表達能力;

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯邢嚓P研究方向的成果顯示度,對相關研究領域有原創(chuàng)性觀點,未來研究計劃思路清晰,具有較好的學術潛力。

Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

The Global Intellectual Property Institute, Nanjing University

I. About the Institute

The Global Intellectual Property Institute is one of the first research institutes established by Nanjing University at its high-quality Suzhou Campus. We will bring together global academic and industrial leaders in cross-disciplinary areas of intellectual property, digital economy, AI, big data, innovation and global governance and form robust research, teaching and industrial engagement activities. Our unique advantages include global experiences, a development-oriented vision, and the capacity to closely work with leading industries located in the region, which is the most advanced region in China.  

II. The Positions

The Global Intellectual Property Institute’s global recruitment aims to attract leading scholars and eminent young researchers with backgrounds in intellectual property and the relevant disciplines. The current round plans to recruit a number of tenured associate professors, tenure-track associate professors and/or assistant professors. Positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and will be considered individually.

The candidates should ideally have research expertise in the following areas:

1Intellectual property law, especially patent law

2New or leading research areas of IP law concerning AI, big data, digital economy, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, international relations, and global governance

3Intellectual property management

4IP law-related areas of technology law or digital governance

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

3have an excellent academic background, in particular a PhD in the relevant discipline, study or work experience at a prestigious higher education institution, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); For applicants for Assistant Professor: research experience for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. For applicants for Associate Professor: Research experience for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree; (exceptional candidates with less experiences may be considered);

4have outstanding teaching skills. The applicant should be able to teach core and/or innovative courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodologies and strong communication skills;

5demonstrate outstanding research track records and potentials. The applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about the relevant fields, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potentials for further academic development.
