一、研究中心介紹
南京大學高端控制與智能運維研發(fā)中心是南京大學在蘇州校區(qū)首批建設的研究中心之一，中心將致力于研發(fā)高性能先進控制技術以及面向工業(yè)裝備的智能維護技術等。在高端控制與智能運維方向，建成具有重要國際影響力的研發(fā)中心，擁有一批國際一流的人才，培養(yǎng)一批國際一流的博士，推動南京大學控制科學與工程學科進入國內/國際先進行列。研發(fā)中心高端控制以解決卡脖子難題為目標，突破傳統(tǒng)控制的局限性，解決強干擾、高精度、高性能伺服控制中的重大挑戰(zhàn)問題，服務于高端制造產業(yè)。智能運維是根據裝備的運行狀態(tài)和安全性評估，按需進行維護，避免了傳統(tǒng)的定期維護可能導致的維護不足或者維護過剩所產生的隱患或者浪費，是世界工業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢，有望為企業(yè)產生重大經濟效益。
二、招聘崗位設置
南京大學高端控制與智能運維研發(fā)中心面向全球招聘有志于從事控制科學與智能工程領域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到中心工作。本次擬招聘崗位以準聘助理教授為主，崗位總數(shù)原則上不超過若干個；特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。
招聘研究方向包括：

三、申請條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學科研事業(yè)；
2.具有良好的師德師風，恪守學術道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風和學術道德懲處記錄；
3.一流的學術背景：具有相關學科領域的博士學位，具有一流教學科研機構的學習、工作經驗，熟悉相關領域國際前沿的研究動態(tài)。其中助理教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學術研究2年以上，準聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學術研究4年以上；
4.出色的教學能力：應具有能夠勝任本學科核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；
5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯邢嚓P研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關研究領域有創(chuàng)新性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術潛力。

The
Center for Advanced Control and Smart Operations is one of the first research
centers established by
The center is aimed at developing advanced control technology with significant international influence, and at the same time nourishing a group of world-class talents and building a leading national/international program of control science and engineering.
II. The Positions
The center plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Control Science and Intelligent Engineering. The positions to be recruited this time are mainly assistant professors, and the total number of positions should not exceed a few in principle; positions for particularly outstanding high-level talents will be considered separately.
Recruitment research directions include:

III. Conditions for Application
The applicant should
1.
abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of
2. abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3. have a first-class background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-class teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s). The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree, and prospective applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.
4. have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core basic courses and cutting-edge courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have achievements in relevant research directions, innovative perspectives on related research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.
