一、學(xué)院介紹
南京大學(xué)南京赫爾辛基大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)學(xué)院（簡稱“南赫學(xué)院”）是南京大學(xué)與芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)共同建設(shè)的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，于2022年4月正式獲得教育部批準(zhǔn)。南赫學(xué)院作為國內(nèi)首個圍繞大氣科學(xué)專業(yè)，實施本、碩、博多層次高等學(xué)歷教育的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，擁有南京大學(xué)和赫爾辛基大學(xué)相應(yīng)層次的學(xué)位授予權(quán)。
南赫學(xué)院基于兩校在大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域長達(dá)十余年的高水平國際科研合作，依托兩校在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域高度互補的學(xué)科優(yōu)勢和特色，進(jìn)一步通過聯(lián)合師資、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、聯(lián)合管理等機(jī)制，實現(xiàn)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)手，努力培養(yǎng)一批具有卓越學(xué)識、創(chuàng)新精神和國際視野的拔尖人才。學(xué)院將瞄準(zhǔn)應(yīng)對氣候變化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等國際科學(xué)前沿和國家重大需求，拓展兩校在傳統(tǒng)大氣科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢，聚焦大氣科學(xué)與人工智能、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)健康等學(xué)科交叉融合創(chuàng)新，共同打造全新的、全尺度大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究與人才培養(yǎng)體系。
南赫學(xué)院已于2023年正式開始首批本、碩、博學(xué)生招生，并將以南京大學(xué)蘇州校區(qū)為主體開展培養(yǎng)。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)南赫學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事英語教學(xué)和相關(guān)研究工作的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。
外籍教師崗位是南京大學(xué)全職全時教師崗位，崗位設(shè)置在蘇州校區(qū)，人事關(guān)系設(shè)在蘇州校區(qū)。崗位工作地點為南京和蘇州。
本次擬招聘崗位如下：
英語方向外籍語言教師1名。
三、崗位要求
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè)；
2.具有良好的師德師風(fēng)，恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄；
3.申請人母語為所教授語言，具有國外大學(xué)人文社會科學(xué)學(xué)科碩士及以上學(xué)位；
4.申請人應(yīng)有較好的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力，能夠勝任本科生和研究生的教學(xué)工作；
5.具有在中國或國外高校或?qū)I(yè)語言教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)至少2年執(zhí)教的工作經(jīng)驗，教學(xué)效果優(yōu)良，有ESL教學(xué)經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先；
6.申請人年齡最大不超過55周歲（1968年1月1日之后出生），特別優(yōu)秀的可適當(dāng)放寬。

五、薪酬待遇和相關(guān)工作與生活條件配套
1.按受聘崗位執(zhí)行相關(guān)待遇，教師薪酬（根據(jù)各人教齡資歷等有所不同）；
2.提供其他補貼，包含租房補貼、探親補貼等，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3.5-5萬元/年；
3.在崗期間，學(xué)校依法為受聘者繳納蘇州市企業(yè)職工社會保險（包括養(yǎng)老保險、醫(yī)療保險、失業(yè)保險、生育保險和工傷保險）。學(xué)校可根據(jù)語言外教個人意愿為其繳納住房公積金。

Open Faculty Position for International Teacher,
NJU Nanjing-Helsinki Institute
About the Nanjing-Helsinki Institute in Atmospheric and Earth System Sciences, Nanjing University (NJU Nanjing-Helsinki Institute)
The Nanjing-Helsinki Institute in Atmospheric and Earth System Sciences, Nanjing University (NJU Nanjing-Helsinki Institute) was established in April 2022 through a partnership between Nanjing University and the University of Helsinki. As the first Sino-foreign cooperative institute in China to implement education in Atmospheric Sciences, it has the right to confer bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees of Nanjing University and the University of Helsinki.
The institute’s primary objectives include developing a modern talent training system in the field of atmospheric and earth system sciences and fostering outstanding individuals with a global perspective. It also aims to cultivate talent with the potential to lead in addressing pressing global issues like climate change and sustainable development through scientific research, while contributing to local and national efforts in environmental governance, climate change mitigation, and global sustainable development.
The institute has officially started the enrolment of the first batch of undergraduate and graduate students in 2023, and will carry out its teaching mainly on NJU Suzhou Campus in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
1. Position
One vacancy of full-time English language teaching.
Positions are located on the Suzhou Campus and personnel relations are based on the Suzhou Campus. The workplace of the position is in Nanjing and Suzhou.
2. Requirements
1) Applicants should observe Chinese laws and regulations, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and research.
2) Applicants should maintain a high standard of academic and work ethics without any punishment record for violating teaching and academic ethics. Proofs of police clearance are required.
3) Applicants must be native speakers of English with a master’s degree or above in literature, linguistics, or other specialties related to humanities or social sciences. 4) Applicants should have a good command of pedagogic skills and a flair for oral communication, and are capable of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses with competence.
5) Applicants should have at least two years of teaching experience in college or language schools either in China or abroad with proven excellent pedagogical skills. Preference will be given to those who have experience of teaching English as a second language (SEL).
6) In general, applicants should be under 55 years of age at the time of application (born after January 1st, 1968). However, the age limit will be subject to adjustment for exceptionally excellent applicants.

4. Salary and Benefits
1) The annual salary for full-time language teachers (varies according to previous teaching experience).
2) Benefit package includes monthly rental subsidy and international travel allowance, ranging from 35, 000-50, 000 yuan/year in total.
3) Social insurance will be provided in accordance with laws and regulations in China (including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance and employment injury insurance). The university will also pay for the housing fund upon agreement with the applicant.
