二、Job Descriptions/崗位描述
1.Workload/工作量要求:
Average of 12 teaching hours per week/平均每周12課時

3.Work responsibility/工作職責:
(1) Teach foreign language courses to undergraduate students or postgraduate students, including oral courses, writing courses, elective courses, public speaking, and a public lecture each semester.
為本科生或研究生講授語言課程；授課內容為口語課/寫作課/選修課/公開演講課/每學期一次專題講座。
(2) Provide student counseling services twice a week for 1.5 hours each session.
每周坐班兩次，每次1.5小時。
(3) Participate in 1 to 2 extracurricular activities per semester, such as serving as judges for speech contests and participating in cultural week events.
每學期參加1-2次課外活動，如擔任演講比賽的評委、外語文化節(jié)中的活動等。
(4) Actively engage in research activities related to teaching, write research papers and strive to publish them under the name of RUC faculty.
積極參與教學相關的研究活動，撰寫研究論文，并爭取以人民大學教工的名義發(fā)表。
(5) Fulfill other teaching, research, and discipline development tasks assigned by the university and the school, as well as other tasks specified in the contract.
完成學校和學院其他教學、科研、學科建設任務及合同約定的其他工作任務。
The above job responsibilities are subject to the final signed contract.
上述工作職責以最終簽訂合同內容為準。
三、Entry time/入職時間:
Contracts start from September 2024, with a duration of at least one year, typically not exceeding three years.
此合同自2024年9月始。合同期限至少為一年，最多通常不超過三年。
四、Applicants need to be/應聘人要求
1. Native language speakers/外語語言母語;
2. With a Master's degree or higher/研究生及以上學歷;
3. With at least 2
years of foreign languages teaching experience in
具有2年以上在華語言教育工作經(jīng)歷，或取得符合要求的國際語言教學證書的，可免除工作經(jīng)歷要求；
4. With a basic understanding of Chinese/具備一定的中文基礎；
5. The university does not employ males over 60 years old (inclusive) or who will reach 60 years old during the contract period, as well as females over 55 years old (inclusive) or who will reach 55 years old during the contract period.
對于超過60周歲（含）及聘期內將超過60周歲（含）的男性外籍教師、超過55周歲（含）及聘期內將超過55周歲（含）的女性外籍教師，學校不予聘用；
6. The university does not employ teachers whose employment contracts (such as labor contracts) with other Chinese institutions have not yet expired.
對于在國內其他單位履行聘用合同（勞動合同等）尚未期滿的外籍教師，學校不予聘用。
