中國傳媒大學(xué)海南國際學(xué)院是學(xué)校從國內(nèi)一流向國際一流跨越的階梯和平臺。學(xué)院于2020年正式成立，負責(zé)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)校在海南的中外合作辦學(xué)工作。學(xué)院立足國際傳媒高等教育，充分利用海南自貿(mào)港區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，圍繞人工智能和電子競技進行學(xué)科和專業(yè)布局。為進一步增強學(xué)院的英語教學(xué)水平，切實提高學(xué)生的英語能力和跨文化交際能力，現(xiàn)向海內(nèi)外誠聘外籍學(xué)術(shù)英語教師2名。
01 Position/招聘崗位
English Language/EAP Teachers (Full-time)
全職學(xué)術(shù)英語教師
02 Duties and Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)
1.12 teaching hours per week, with each teaching hour equating to 50 minutes of instruction. Additionally, you are required to complete six hours of office counseling.
每周12個教學(xué)學(xué)時（一個教學(xué)學(xué)時為50分鐘），和6個小時辦公室咨詢時間。
2. Develop teaching plans, learning materials, and assessments that are consistent with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.
制定符合課程并滿足學(xué)生個性化需求的課程計劃、學(xué)習(xí)材料和評估方案。
3. Assess students and provide written feedback upon request, keeping accurate records of student progress.
對學(xué)生進行評估，并根據(jù)要求提供書面反饋，準確記錄學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進度。
4. Regularly participate in teaching seminars and professional development training .
定期參與教學(xué)研討會議及職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)。
5. Organize and participate in extracurricular English learning activities for students.
組織并參與學(xué)生的課外英語學(xué)習(xí)活動。
6. The ability to coordinate and administer tasks such as course coordination, proofreading of materials and enrollment support.
必要的協(xié)調(diào)與行政工作，如課程協(xié)調(diào)、材料校對和招生支持等。
7. Other duties related to the position
其他與崗位相關(guān)的職責(zé)。
03 Qualifications/任職要求
1. No criminal record.
Should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of
無犯罪記錄。應(yīng)遵守中華人民共和國的法律法規(guī)。
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher. (Preferably in education, English, linguistics or related major.)
本科學(xué)歷及以上（最好為教育、英語、語言學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)）。
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.
取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA認證或同等教學(xué)資格。
4. Ideally has at least two years of full-time experience teaching English, with a preference for those with college teaching experience.
具備2年及以上全職英語教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，高校教學(xué)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮
5. Organizational and communication skills, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills.
組織溝通能力、人際交往能力、抗壓能力、團隊協(xié)作能力
6. Starting work immediately or by the end of September at the latest.
即刻到崗或最晚9月底到崗
*Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.
04 Compensation and Benefits/薪酬待遇

4. Teaching qualification certificates (e.g DELTA/ CELTA/ TESOL/ TEFL).
教學(xué)相關(guān)證書。
5. One or two reference letters that shows ideally two-year full-time teaching experience.
1-2封推薦信，最好有兩年的全職教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。
