Established in June 2018, the Business School, Shenzhen Technology University, is a high-level research and application-oriented business school established to cater to the rapid economic and social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the nation, and even the world. With over 950 current students, the School benchmarks itself against the Business School, Pforzheim University, Germany (the first German University of Applied Sciences' business school to receive AACSB accreditation), adopting a small-class, fully English-taught model. It boasts an internationalized team of high-level faculty, emphasizing the integration of government, industry, and academia, with the aim of nurturing innovative, pragmatic, globally-minded future leaders who can shape the global economy and society in a responsible manner, fostering sustainable awareness, contributing to society, and benefiting humanity.

The School currently comprises a faculty team of over 40 members, nearly 40% of whom are foreign teachers. All faculty members hold Ph.D. degrees, and over 90% have overseas study or work experience, having graduated from prestigious institutions such as the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Oxford, University College London, and the University of Texas at Dallas. The School houses three research centers: Circular Economy Research Center, Business Case Center, and Research Center for Financial Innovation & FinTech. It is equipped with advanced training facilities, including a Digital Economy Lab, Smart Accounting Training Room, Business Simulation Center, and New Media Studio. Currently, the School offers three undergraduate majors (International Business, Financial Management, and Marketing) and a joint MBA program. In November 2023, the School was officially approved to enter the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) international accreditation process, marking its entry into the ranks of internationally recognized business schools.

Your Tasks / Responsibilities：

1. Make good use of program-related knowledge and expertise to carry out university teaching and practical project tasks.

2. Undertake duties assigned by the School with high performance in execution.

Requirements：

Candidates should have a passion for education, an open-minded personality with the willingness to work together with companies and to do applied research.

1. Ph.D. degree;

2. A high level of English language proficiency is required to undertake full English taught course(s);

3. Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the society;

4. Candidates shall have the ability to work collaboratively, willing to work with colleagues to carry out the duties of school.

5. Working experience in companies/institutions/organizations outside of the campus is preferred.;

6. International working experiences and/or educational background are a must.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salaries complemented by a structured mechanism for salary progression.2. Outstanding Candidates are eligible for direct appointment of "Pengcheng Peacock Plan" with a salary package starting at 740,000 RMB for Assistant Professors, 840,000 RMB for Associate Professors, and 900,000 RMB for Full Professors. Research start-up funds ranging from 1 to 10 million RMB are provided. To support team building, 1-2 full-time research staff and an unlimited number of postdoctoral researchers will be assigned, with at least one guaranteed master or doctoral student.3. PhD holders registered as SZ residency may qualify for a living stipend of 100,000 RMB.4. Individuals who meet the criteria may benefit from the personal income tax incentives offered within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.5. The university provides accommodation with subsidized rent prices. Those eligible may also have access to expert housing support by Shenzhen Municipal government.6.
