一、醫(yī)院簡介（Hospital Overview）
北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院（簡稱“北醫(yī)三院”）建于1958年，國家衛(wèi)生健康委委管醫(yī)院，集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、預(yù)防保健、康復(fù)與健康管理為一體的綜合三甲醫(yī)院。北醫(yī)三院人秉承“團(tuán)結(jié)、奉獻(xiàn)、求實、創(chuàng)新”的院訓(xùn)精神，以精湛的醫(yī)術(shù)和高度的責(zé)任感承載生命的重托。為建設(shè)“國家級醫(yī)療中心”、“高水平疑難重癥診治中心”、“臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心”和“醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)基地”，滿足醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展人才需求，大力引進(jìn)具有國際競爭力的青年英才，為醫(yī)學(xué)健康事業(yè)做出更大貢獻(xiàn)！
二、項目概況（Project Overview）
國家自然科學(xué)基金委員實施優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金（海外）項目，旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

exceptional young scholars from abroad, including non-Chinese foreign experts
who have made significant contributions to the fields of natural sciences,

三、申請條件( Application Requirements)
1、遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時代科學(xué)家精神；

2、年齡不超過40歲；
Age not exceeding 40 years.
3、具有博士學(xué)位；
Have a doctorate degree.
4、研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
Primary research focus in natural sciences or engineering technology.
5、在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；
Hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D department, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience. For those who have obtained a PhD overseas and demonstrated exceptional achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed accordingly.
6、取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
Have achieved research or technological outcomes recognized by peers in the field and demonstrate the potential to become a leading scholar or outstanding talent in the area of expertise.
7、申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

四、醫(yī)院提供相應(yīng)支持條件 (Support conditions)
1、職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑：入選者受聘為新體制教研系列崗位；
Career Development: Appointment through the “Tenure Track System.”
2、優(yōu)厚薪酬待遇：不低于70萬基本年薪，同時享受科研績效及成果獎勵；
Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary not less than 700,000 CNY, plus eligible rewards for performance and achievements in scientific research.
3、良好住房條件：提供青年公寓、特別住房補(bǔ)貼等良好的生活支持條件；
Housing: Provision of youth apartments and special housing subsidies.
4、有力學(xué)術(shù)支持：提供400-600萬科研啟動經(jīng)費（含國家配套）；提供充足的工作辦公空間；支持組建創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊，提供研究生招生名額及博士后招聘指標(biāo)；
Academic Support: Provide 4 to 6 million RMB in research start-up funding, offer ample office and workspace, support the establishment of an innovation team, and allocate graduate student enrollment slots and postdoctoral recruitment quotas.
5、完善生活保障：協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)、入托，享受北京市優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。
