一、崗位信息
01研究方向一：
創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴散
1）研究內容
擬從事合作導師或中心有關創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴散等領域的研究，以及相關的創(chuàng)新治理和政策研究
2）招聘要求
1.在創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟領域有明確的研究方向，包括創(chuàng)新評估、創(chuàng)新地理、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新擴散等。具備扎實的理論基礎，能應對復雜的研究問題和研究壓力，相關領域的獲博士學位；
2.需具備一定的跨學科知識和技能，有與研究方向相關的課題研究經(jīng)驗，具備大數(shù)據(jù)研究的能力和經(jīng)驗；
3.對學術研究始終保有較高的熱情，能夠積極組織學術交流和構建學術網(wǎng)絡；
4.發(fā)表過高質量的中英文學術研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作；
5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質和能力。
02研究方向二：
科技與產業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產業(yè)研究
1）研究內容
擬從事科技與產業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產業(yè)研究課題研究。參與并推進中心科技與產業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策相關的課題項目，組織專題研討會議和學術交流。
2）招聘要求
1.在科技政策、產業(yè)創(chuàng)新、人工智能、計算機科學、經(jīng)濟學、管理學等相關領域具備扎實的專業(yè)背景和深入的理論知識，并獲得博士學位；
2.具備對科技與產業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策進行深入分析的能力，了解政策制定的背景、過程和影響，并能夠提出有針對性的政策建議；
3.具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與團隊成員、政策制定者、產業(yè)界人士等進行有效的溝通和合作；
4.在科技與產業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策和人工智能產業(yè)領域，具備敏銳的觀察力和前瞻性思維，發(fā)表過高質量的中英文學術研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作；
5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質和能力。
二、
1.具有國際視野和較強的政策思維能力

2.品學兼優(yōu)、身心健康、年齡在35歲以下（不含35歲）
Excels in moral as academic performances, physical and mental health, below 35 years old（Not including 35）
3.申請者必須保證錄用后全職從事博士后研究，不掛職、兼職
Ensure full-time post-doctoral research after admission not holding a temporary post, having a part-time job
4.申請者如屬在職人員，經(jīng)我院錄用的博士后入職后人事關系需轉入我校
If the applicant is an incumbent, once accepted, the personnel relationship needs to be transferred to our school
5.不招收企業(yè)博士后
6.外語水平較好，有海外學習背景者優(yōu)先
Good command of foreign language, overseas study background is preferred

2005年9月，在清華大學公共管理學院首任院長陳清泰與著名經(jīng)濟學家青木昌彥教授、吳敬璉先生等眾多國內外著名學者的籌劃下，由日本豐田汽車公司提供無償資助，成立清華大學產業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理研究中心（CIDEG）。
CIDEG定位于產業(yè)發(fā)展、環(huán)境治理與制度變遷領域的政策研究和學術交流，旨在提高中國公共政策與治理的研究與教育水平，促進學術界、產業(yè)界、非政府組織及政府部門之間的溝通、理解和協(xié)調。
