福建理工大學(xué)是博士學(xué)位授予單位、福建省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)高校、省一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校、省一流應(yīng)用型建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校緊密圍繞海洋強(qiáng)國和海上福建發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，聚焦“大海工”學(xué)科方位，先后成立了“智慧海洋與工程研究院”和“智慧海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院”，籌建“智慧海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)工程院” （三院統(tǒng)稱“海洋院”）。研究院側(cè)重科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)開發(fā)，學(xué)院側(cè)重學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)，工程院側(cè)重技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化和成果孵化，三院一體，構(gòu)建以人才培養(yǎng)為要，以產(chǎn)業(yè)推進(jìn)為先，統(tǒng)籌推動教育鏈、人才鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的深度融合。

1.關(guān)于我們
海洋研究所 秉承“科學(xué)賦能海洋，工程驅(qū)動”的使命 海事進(jìn)步。它側(cè)重于四個(gè)關(guān)鍵研究領(lǐng)域：Marine S.mart 設(shè)備， 海洋測繪技術(shù)， 海洋信息 技術(shù)，以及海洋文化與技術(shù)開發(fā)的整合。 致力于成為綜合性科研機(jī)構(gòu) 政府、工業(yè)、學(xué)術(shù)、研究、資本和應(yīng)用。這 研究所致力于將自己打造成海洋人才的搖籃 工程、開放式研究機(jī)構(gòu)、綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)基地、 以及實(shí)體產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
二、招聘方向及崗位
2.1海洋智能裝備研究領(lǐng)域
（1）需求方向：
船舶與海洋工程、控制科學(xué)與工程、信息與通信工程、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、機(jī)器人工程、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造、水聲工程、嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)等方向，具有機(jī)械裝備設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，立志從事水下機(jī)器人、船舶的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與樣機(jī)開發(fā)。具有船舶與海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物、自主無人系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
（2）招聘崗位：
