一、崗位信息
01、研究方向一：創(chuàng)新評(píng)估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散
1）研究?jī)?nèi)容
擬從事合作導(dǎo)師或中心有關(guān)創(chuàng)新評(píng)估、創(chuàng)新地理和創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散等領(lǐng)域的研究，以及相關(guān)的創(chuàng)新治理和政策研究
2）招聘要求
1.在創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域有明確的研究方向，包括創(chuàng)新評(píng)估、創(chuàng)新地理、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散等。具備扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)，能應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜的研究問(wèn)題和研究壓力，相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的獲博士學(xué)位；
2.需具備一定的跨學(xué)科知識(shí)和技能，有與研究方向相關(guān)的課題研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備大數(shù)據(jù)研究的能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)研究始終保有較高的熱情，能夠積極組織學(xué)術(shù)交流和構(gòu)建學(xué)術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)；
4.發(fā)表過(guò)高質(zhì)量的中英文學(xué)術(shù)研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫(xiě)作；
5.具備獨(dú)立承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目課題和獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)政策研究報(bào)告的素質(zhì)和能力。
02研究方向二：科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)研究
1）研究?jī)?nèi)容
擬從事科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策、人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)研究課題研究。參與并推進(jìn)中心科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策相關(guān)的課題項(xiàng)目，組織專題研討會(huì)議和學(xué)術(shù)交流。
2）招聘要求
1.在科技政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、人工智能、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具備扎實(shí)的專業(yè)背景和深入的理論知識(shí)，并獲得博士學(xué)位；
2.具備對(duì)科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策進(jìn)行深入分析的能力，了解政策制定的背景、過(guò)程和影響，并能夠提出有針對(duì)性的政策建議；
3.具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員、政策制定者、產(chǎn)業(yè)界人士等進(jìn)行有效的溝通和合作；
4.在科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策和人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，具備敏銳的觀察力和前瞻性思維，發(fā)表過(guò)高質(zhì)量的中英文學(xué)術(shù)研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫(xiě)作；
5.具備獨(dú)立承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目課題和獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)政策研究報(bào)告的素質(zhì)和能力。

3.申請(qǐng)者必須保證錄用后全職從事博士后研究，不掛職、兼職
Ensure full-time post-doctoral research after admission not holding a temporary post, having a part-time job
4.申請(qǐng)者如屬在職人員，經(jīng)我院錄用的博士后入職后人事關(guān)系需轉(zhuǎn)入我校
If the applicant is an incumbent, once accepted, the personnel relationship needs to be transferred to our school
5.不招收企業(yè)博士后
6.外語(yǔ)水平較好，有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先
