Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Oversee routine administrative operations, including registry functions, admissions, graduation processes, program services, student services, and the management of administrative staff.
2.Interpret and implement regulations, policies, rules, guidelines, and funding models related to graduate studies, while preparing revisions or establishing new policies as needed.
3.Coordinate data collection and analysis, and oversee IT systems development to support administrative functions.
4.Supervise quality assurance processes, conduct program reviews, and prepare the institute's annual quality report.
5.Prepare reports and quota applications for government agencies, including the Ministry of Education.
6.Act as a liaison with participating universities and communicate effectively with various government branches.
7.Manage publicity-related matters while overseeing the resolution of emergencies and student grievances.
8.Develop and manage the institute’s budget and oversee recruitment processes.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by the institute’s leadership team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.A master’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in science or engineering.
2.At least 10 years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the higher education sector, preferably in a graduate school setting.
3.Exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills.
4.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with government, academia, and industry stakeholders, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
5.Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
6.High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable to the PRC. The appointee will be based in Futian Shenzhen, PRC.
