為加強學院職工隊伍建設,根據《清華大學職工社會招聘管理辦法》和《清華大學深圳國際研究生院重點領域敏感崗位職工輪崗交流工作辦法(試行)》,按照職工隊伍建設小組會決議,現開展學院機關職能部門第二批高級崗公開競聘工作,具體事宜通知如下:
一、崗位
1.第二批崗位的崗位說明及崗位要求詳見《崗位列表》(附件1)。
2.其他競聘崗位將于近期公布。
二、任職資格
1.原則上應當具有碩士或博士學位。
2.原則上應當具有三年及以上相關工作經歷。
3.英語能力符合學院國際化發(fā)展需要。
4.滿足崗位要求,具有正常履職的身體條件。
5.原則上,院內人員在高風險崗位連續(xù)工作滿6年的不能競聘原崗位。
6.符合相關法規(guī)、學校及學院要求的其他任職條件。
三、工作程序
1.發(fā)布通知。公布競聘崗位、崗位說明和任職要求。
2.個人報名。每人可以申報2個崗位,須填寫《聘崗申請表》(附件2),并于4月3日(星期四)前提交至郵箱:hr@sz.tsinghua.edu.cn,請【點擊下方“立即投遞/投遞簡歷”,即刻進行職位報名】。
3.對報名人選資格和申報材料進行初步審查,對通過資格審查的人選組織面試、考察,形成初步建議人選方案。
4.職工隊伍建設小組研究確定建議人選。
5.黨政聯席會審議確定擬聘人員。

Notice on the Open Recruitment for Senior Positions in Administrative Departments(The Second Batch)
To strengthen the staff team of Tsinghua SIGS, in accordance with the "Tsinghua University Social Recruitment Management Measures" and the "Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School Key Areas Sensitive Positions Staff Rotation and Exchange Work Measures (Trial)", and based on the resolution of the Staff Development Committee, the open recruitment for senior positions in administrative departments(the second batch)will be organized. The specific matters are notified as follows:
I. Positions
1. The job descriptions and requirements for the second batch of positions are detailed in the "Position List" (Attachment 1).
2. Other positions for recruitment will be announced soon.
II. Qualifications
1. In principle, candidates should hold a master's or doctoral degree.
2. In principle, candidates should have three or more years of relevant work experience.
3. English proficiency should meet the college's international development needs.
4. Candidates must meet the job requirements and possess the physical condition necessary to perform the duties.
5. In principle, internal personnel who have worked in high-risk positions for six consecutive years are not eligible to apply for the same position.
6. Candidates must meet other qualifications as required by relevant regulations, Tsinghua University and Tsinghua SIGS.
III. Recruitment Process
1. Notice Release: Announce the recruitment positions, job descriptions and requirements.
2. Personal Application: Each applicant may apply for up to 2 positions. Applicants must fill out the "Job Application Form" (Attachment 2) and submit it to the email address: (點擊查看) by April 3.
3. Preliminary Review: Conduct an initial review of the applicants' qualifications and materials. Organize interviews and evaluations for those who pass the qualification review to form a preliminary list of recommended candidates.
4. Review by the Staff Team Construction Group: Determine the recommended candidates.
5. Approval by the Joint Party and Administration Meeting: Finalize the proposed candidates for appointment.
