湖北中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)
湖北中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)是湖北省人民政府、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局共建高校，是湖北省第一所擁有一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的省屬高校，湖北省首批設(shè)有博士后科研流動(dòng)站的省屬高校；是“國家中西部高?；A(chǔ)能力建設(shè)工程”項(xiàng)目建設(shè)高校，湖北省“國內(nèi)一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校”。
Hubei University of Chinese Medicine

湖北時(shí)珍實(shí)驗(yàn)室
湖北時(shí)珍實(shí)驗(yàn)室是全國中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域首個(gè)省實(shí)驗(yàn)室，依托武漢市人民政府建設(shè)，由湖北中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)牽頭組建、運(yùn)營管理。
聚焦人口老齡化和老年主動(dòng)健康，立足湖北省中醫(yī)藥資源和李時(shí)珍中醫(yī)藥文化優(yōu)勢(shì)。
布局李時(shí)珍老年病學(xué)術(shù)思想和養(yǎng)生文化、老年人群體質(zhì)與未病健康管理、老年慢病發(fā)病規(guī)律與干預(yù)機(jī)制、老年大健康產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、老年健康特色道地藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展五大研究方向。聘請(qǐng)中國工程院院士王琦、王廣基、董家鴻、鄔堂春、肖偉、陳士林為各方向首席科學(xué)家。
圍繞老年健康重大基礎(chǔ)性問題，融合現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)，揭示老年病發(fā)病規(guī)律與科學(xué)內(nèi)涵，制定老年病防治方案，促進(jìn)老年病防治大健康產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與相關(guān)中藥資源可持續(xù)利用，提升人口老齡化應(yīng)對(duì)能力。
助力解決國家重大需求，建成“創(chuàng)新、團(tuán)隊(duì)、資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)”四位一體的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)。
Hubei Shizhen Laboratory
Hubei Shizhen Laboratory is the first provincial laboratory in China dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Established by the Wuhan Municipal Government, it is led and managed by Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.
The laboratory focuses on population aging and proactive health for the elderly, leveraging Hubei Province’s rich TCM resources and the cultural heritage of Li Shizhen.
It is structured around five key research directions:
Li Shizhen’s academic thought on geriatric medicine and wellness culture
Physical constitution and preventive health management of the elderly
Pathogenesis and intervention mechanisms of chronic diseases in the elderly
Development of health products for the elderly
Industrial development of characteristic, high-quality medicinal herbs for elderly health
The laboratory has engaged academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, including Wang Qi, Wang Guangji, Dong Jiahong, Wu Tangchun, Xiao Wei, and Chen Shilin, as chief scientists for each research direction.
By integrating modern scientific technology, the laboratory aims to reveal the pathogenesis of geriatric diseases, formulate prevention and treatment strategies, promote the development of health-related products, and ensure the sustainable utilization of medicinal resources, thus enhancing the national capacity to address aging-related challenges.
The lab serves as a collaborative innovation platform combining research, talent, capital, and industry to address major national needs.

03 申請(qǐng)條件Application Requirements
1）優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件：
（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神。
（2）出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后。
（3）具有博士學(xué)位。
（4）研究方向主要為中醫(yī)學(xué)、老年醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合、中藥學(xué)、藥學(xué)、化學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、生物信息、生物技術(shù)、人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
（5）在取得博士學(xué)位后至2025年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求（不適用于通過中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式取得海外博士學(xué)位情況）。
在海外工作期間，同時(shí)擁有境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的申請(qǐng)人，其境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計(jì)入海外工作年限。
（6）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/span>
（7）申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。
2）限項(xiàng)要求
執(zhí)行國家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for the Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:
(1)Comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, uphold scientific integrity, and embody the spirit of contemporary scientists.
(2)Born on or after January 1, 1985.
(3)Hold a doctoral degree.
(4)Specialize in fields such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or Artificial Intelligence.
(5) Have held a formal teaching or research position at an internationally renowned university, research institution, or corporate R&D center for at least 36 months by April 15, 2025, after obtaining a Ph.D. Applicants with exceptional achievements who obtained their Ph.D. overseas may be exempt from the 36-month requirement (this exemption does not apply to those who earned an overseas Ph.D. through joint programs).
(6) Have obtained significant research or technological achievements recognized by peers, with the potential to become academic leaders or distinguished experts in their field.
(7) Must not have returned to China for full-time employment or must have returned on or after January 1, 2024. Successful applicants must resign from their overseas positions and work full-time in China for at least three years.
2. Project Restrictions
Applicants can only hold one project under national scientific talent programs of the same level and cannot apply for a lower-level program once selected.

優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
The Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) aims to attract outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) with proven academic achievements in natural sciences and engineering to work in China. Scholars can independently choose research directions for innovative studies, fostering rapid growth among young scientists and developing a pool of leading academic talents at the global forefront, contributing to China’s advancement as a scientific powerhouse.

符合條件的申請(qǐng)人請(qǐng)將個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)送至郵箱：hbtcmzp@163.com，請(qǐng)【點(diǎn)擊下方“立即投遞/投遞簡(jiǎn)歷”，即刻進(jìn)行職位報(bào)名】（郵件主題為“姓名+申報(bào)海外優(yōu)青”，簡(jiǎn)歷主要包括個(gè)人基本信息、聯(lián)系方式、主要學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷、主要學(xué)術(shù)成果等）。

申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)按照申請(qǐng)書填報(bào)說明和撰寫提綱的要求用簡(jiǎn)體中文或英文在線填寫申請(qǐng)書，并上傳附件等材料。
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）實(shí)行無紙化申請(qǐng)方式，申請(qǐng)人在線提交電子申請(qǐng)書及附件、公正性承諾書等材料至學(xué)校，由學(xué)校審核后在線提交自然科學(xué)基金委。申請(qǐng)截止日期為2025年4月15日。
Eligible applicants should send their CVs to hbtcmzp@163.com with the subject line “Name + Overseas Excellent Young Scholar Application.” The CV should include basic personal information, contact details, education and work experience, and major academic achievements.
Once an application intention is confirmed with our university, a work contract or intent agreement will be signed. From March 3, 2025, applicants must log into the information system and complete the National Natural Science Foundation of China Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) Application Form online. The university provides professional guidance and comprehensive support.
Applicants must complete the application form in simplified Chinese or English according to the provided guidelines and upload required attachments.
The application process is entirely paperless. Applicants must submit the electronic application form, required documents, and a fairness commitment letter online. The university will review and submit the applications to the Natural Science Foundation of China. The submission deadline is April 15, 2025.
