01.學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介

中山大學(xué)新聞傳播學(xué)院創(chuàng)建于2003年，以“人文新媒體、融創(chuàng)傳播學(xué)”為學(xué)科定位，形成了“以通識(shí)教育為基礎(chǔ)，以創(chuàng)意教育為中心，以實(shí)踐教學(xué)為重點(diǎn)”的辦學(xué)特色。學(xué)院以馬克思主義新聞?dòng)^為指導(dǎo)，致力于培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的宣傳者、傳播者和倡導(dǎo)者；培養(yǎng)具有堅(jiān)定馬克思主義信仰，堅(jiān)持正確方向、弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步、掌握主流話語(yǔ)權(quán)的新聞工作者和傳播管理者。學(xué)院倡導(dǎo)“實(shí)訓(xùn)、實(shí)踐、實(shí)驗(yàn)”教學(xué)理念，建設(shè)了紀(jì)實(shí)攝影實(shí)驗(yàn)室、大數(shù)據(jù)傳播實(shí)驗(yàn)室、未來(lái)媒體實(shí)驗(yàn)室、交互媒體設(shè)計(jì)中心等實(shí)驗(yàn)室集群，以及谷河青年、公共傳播工作室等實(shí)踐平臺(tái)，擁有省級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)示范教學(xué)中心，是廣東省卓越新聞傳播人才培養(yǎng)基地。

學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè)新聞學(xué)和傳播學(xué)本科專業(yè)，兩個(gè)專業(yè)均入選“雙萬(wàn)計(jì)劃”國(guó)家級(jí)一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)。擁有新聞傳播學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，擁有1個(gè)部級(jí)科研基地、2個(gè)省級(jí)科研基地、4個(gè)市級(jí)科研基地，在國(guó)家高端智庫(kù)中山大學(xué)粵港澳發(fā)展研究院、中山大學(xué)國(guó)家治理研究院等智庫(kù)機(jī)構(gòu)承擔(dān)重要角色，主要圍繞數(shù)字新聞業(yè)研究、大數(shù)據(jù)與公共傳播、視覺(jué)傳播與交互設(shè)計(jì)等跨學(xué)科方向開(kāi)展研究。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專任教師、專職研究人員、博士后近40人，多數(shù)師資具有國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)背景。2020年參評(píng)第五輪學(xué)科評(píng)估，學(xué)科排名進(jìn)一步提升，迎來(lái)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要機(jī)遇。

1）教研崗教師

①長(zhǎng)聘教授：具有高深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣，在人才培養(yǎng)或?qū)W術(shù)研究方面取得國(guó)內(nèi)外公認(rèn)的標(biāo)志性重大成就和貢獻(xiàn)；在國(guó)內(nèi)外具有重要影響力和學(xué)術(shù)地位，具有帶領(lǐng)本學(xué)科趕超或引領(lǐng)國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的能力；具有突出的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。年齡原則上不超過(guò)55周歲。

②長(zhǎng)聘副教授：具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)造詣，在人才培養(yǎng)或?qū)W術(shù)研究方面取得國(guó)內(nèi)外廣泛認(rèn)可的創(chuàng)新性成就和貢獻(xiàn)；在國(guó)內(nèi)外具有較強(qiáng)影響力和學(xué)術(shù)地位，具有保持本學(xué)科國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)水平的能力；成為本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域獨(dú)立學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。年齡原則上不超過(guò)45周歲。

③預(yù)聘副教授：具有較強(qiáng)的科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力，在人才培養(yǎng)或?qū)W術(shù)研究方面取得高水平成果；在國(guó)內(nèi)外具有一定的專業(yè)影響力；具有成為本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或優(yōu)秀學(xué)者的發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑＤ挲g原則上不超過(guò)40周歲。

④預(yù)聘助理教授：具有廣闊的學(xué)術(shù)視野、活躍的創(chuàng)新思維和扎實(shí)的研究基礎(chǔ)；取得較高水平的專業(yè)成果；學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿^大。人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)科的年齡原則上不超過(guò)38周歲。

01.About the School

Founded in 2003 and located at the bustling “university town” of Guangzhou, China, the School of Journalism and Communication at Sun Yat-sen University positions itself at the forefront of conducting cutting-edge interdisciplinary teaching and research at the intersection of new media, technology, and humanities. The school houses three departments (i.e., Journalism, Public Communication, and Creative Media Design)and has 40+ full-time faculty members and research associates, most of whom hold doctoral degrees in various disciplines of the social and natural sciences from prestigious Chinese and overseas universities.

The school offers two bachelor’s degree programs respectively on journalism and communication (both elected to the “Double First-Class” Initiative), four master’s degree programs (including one on international communication), and a doctoral degree program on Journalism and Communication.

The school is home to research institutes in many levels, including the Sun Yat-sen University Research Center for the Internet Governance, Guangdong Key Laboratory for Big Data Analysis and Simulation of Public Opinion, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Research Center for International Communication, Guangzhou Big Data and Public Communication Research Base, the Guangzhou Educational Center for Youth Talents of Marxist Theory, Guangzhou Live Streaming Commerce Institute, and the Sun Yat-sen University Research Base for Creative City Governance etc. The school is in close affiliation with national think tanks including the Sun Yat-sen University Research Institute for the Development of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau and the Sun Yat-sen University Research Institute for National Governance. The school also features three laboratories respectively on computational communication, virtual reality, and documentary production that support teaching, learning, and research with state-of-art facilities.

Strong academic performance, and have made significant achievements and contributions in talent cultivation or academic research that have been recognized both domestically and internationally；have significant influence and academic status both domestically and internationally, able to lead the discipline field in striving towards or reaching globally leading standards；have outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Under 55 years old.

② Associate Professor (Tenured):

Relatively strong academic performance, and have made achievements and contributions in talent cultivation or academic research that have been widely recognized both domestically and internationally；have strong influence and academic status at home and abroad, able to maintain the academic standards of the discipline field；able to become an independent academic leader in the discipline field. Under 45 years old.

③ Associate Professor (Tenure-track):

Strong scientific research and technological innovation capabilities, with high-level achievements in talent cultivation or academic research；have some academic influence both domestically and internationally；have the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding scholar in the discipline field. Under 40 years old.

④ Assistant Professor (Tenure-track):

Have a broad academic horizon, strong innovative thinking skills and a solid research foundation；able to achieve high-level academic results；have substantial potential for academic development. Under 38 years old.

Post-doctoral Fellows
