一、導師簡介
王敬文：復旦大學生命科學學院研究員，主要從事蚊、蜱等蟲媒傳播病原體的機制研究，解析了蟲媒和共生菌群之間的免疫和代謝互作關系，以及這種關系對蟲媒生理特性和媒介效能的影響。以第一作者或通訊作者在 Cell Host & Microbe, Nature Microbiology，PNAS，Cell Reports，PLos Pathogens等SCI 刊物發(fā)表論文多篇。獲基金委優(yōu)青、云南聯(lián)合基金重點項目以及美國NIH RO1等資助。兼任中國昆蟲學會媒介昆蟲與病原互作專委會副主任委員，中國昆蟲學會微生物組專委會委員，上海市昆蟲學會理事，上海市微生物學會基礎微生物專委會副主任委員等。
二、崗位信息
實驗室擬招聘博士后1-2人，科研助理1人。
01、博士后招聘要求：
1，已獲或即將獲得病毒學，昆蟲行為學相關專業(yè)博士學位；
2，有志于科學研究，具有較強的獨立科研和英文閱讀寫作能力。
3，以第一作者身份發(fā)表過SCI文章；
4，為人誠信，嚴謹踏實，富有較強的獨立工作能力、責任心和團隊合作精神。
02、崗位待遇：
1，參照復旦大學相關人事政策執(zhí)行，年薪不低于20萬。優(yōu)秀者可依托申請學校或上海市“超級博士后”以及國家博新計劃，入選后年薪28-40萬。其他待遇參照復旦大學相關標準，包括博士后公寓、戶口和子女入學等。
2，支持依托復旦大學申請博士后科學基金和國家自然科學基金青年等項目，根據(jù)研究需要資助參與各類學術交流活動。
