一、學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介

浙江財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)是一所以經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理學(xué)科為主體，經(jīng)、管、文、法、理、工、藝、哲等多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)高校，學(xué)校坐落在風(fēng)景秀麗的浙江省會(huì)城市杭州。學(xué)校2017年被列入浙江省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)高校，2018年獲批博士學(xué)位授予單位。擁有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等2個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)，設(shè)有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士后科研流動(dòng)站，建有10個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)，18個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位碩士點(diǎn)。應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為省優(yōu)勢(shì)特色學(xué)科，應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等2個(gè)學(xué)科為省A類(lèi)一流學(xué)科，公共管理、工商管理、理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)等4個(gè)學(xué)科為省B類(lèi)一流學(xué)科。

學(xué)校擁有國(guó)家“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”等一批學(xué)術(shù)造詣深厚的知名學(xué)者和中青年專(zhuān)家。擁有省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地等科研平臺(tái)7個(gè)，省級(jí)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)5個(gè)。圖書(shū)館建有諾貝爾經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)文獻(xiàn)館、孫冶方經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)文獻(xiàn)館、政府管制文獻(xiàn)館、浙財(cái)文庫(kù)、專(zhuān)業(yè)經(jīng)典閱讀文庫(kù)等5個(gè)特色庫(kù)。

二、論壇簡(jiǎn)介

浙江財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)將于2022年11月29日至11月30日舉行國(guó)際青年學(xué)者論壇，舉辦地點(diǎn)為中國(guó)浙江杭州。論壇旨在為海內(nèi)外青年才俊搭建學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái)和學(xué)術(shù)成果展示平臺(tái)，通過(guò)專(zhuān)題報(bào)告、學(xué)術(shù)研討和人才洽談等形式，圍繞國(guó)際科學(xué)前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)研討，促進(jìn)海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者的交流，增強(qiáng)不同研究領(lǐng)域的合作，加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校的全面了解，吸引優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者來(lái)校發(fā)展。

應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、工商管理、理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、公共管理、管理科學(xué)與工程、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、政治學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、外國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、新聞傳播學(xué)、哲學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、馬克思主義理論等。

四、邀請(qǐng)對(duì)象

有明確來(lái)校就職意向（海內(nèi)外知名學(xué)者、博士、博士后、講座教授），具有海內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得一定成績(jī)或具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ?，且原則上年齡不超過(guò)45周歲的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（特別優(yōu)秀者可不受年齡限制）。

有意向來(lái)我校工作的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者，學(xué)校將提供平臺(tái)建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)（科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi)）、購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼以及富有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬，具體歡迎來(lái)電咨詢(xún)或登陸我校官網(wǎng)-人才招聘欄目。

六、論壇形式

本屆論壇采用線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下相結(jié)合的方式，報(bào)名參加國(guó)際青年學(xué)者論壇活動(dòng)，學(xué)校對(duì)申請(qǐng)人進(jìn)行資格審核和學(xué)術(shù)水平評(píng)價(jià)后，在2022年11月6日前后向符合條件的優(yōu)秀人才發(fā)送正式邀請(qǐng)函。

七、論壇學(xué)者參會(huì)補(bǔ)助

報(bào)名參加國(guó)際青年學(xué)者論壇活動(dòng)，經(jīng)確認(rèn)并發(fā)出參會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函，符合疫情防控要求參加線(xiàn)下論壇的可在參會(huì)時(shí)憑邀請(qǐng)函獲得參會(huì)期間的交通和食宿補(bǔ)助。

每位海外學(xué)者最高報(bào)銷(xiāo)1.3萬(wàn)元人民幣(亞太地區(qū)8000元人民幣)，國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者最高報(bào)銷(xiāo)5000元人民幣，按財(cái)務(wù)政策實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷(xiāo)，根據(jù)國(guó)家規(guī)定機(jī)票限報(bào)經(jīng)濟(jì)艙、火車(chē)票限報(bào)二等座。論壇期間食宿由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一安排，費(fèi)用由學(xué)校承擔(dān)。

Announcement of the Fourth International Forum for Young Scholars, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics

I. About ZUFE

 

Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (hereinafter as ZUFE) is a multidisciplinary university that focuses on economics and management, and maintains coordinated development in liberal arts, law, science, engineering, arts, and philosophy. Located in Hangzhou, the picturesque capital city of Zhejiang Province, ZUFE was listed among the key provincial universities in 2017 and was authorized to offer doctoral degrees in 2018. The University has two first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctoral degree in applied economics and statistics, 10 first-level disciplines authorized to offer master’s degrees, and 18 professional master’s programs. Applied Economics is listed as the priority characteristic discipline at provincial-level. ZUFE also has two A-type first-class disciplines at provincial-level, namely Applied Economics and Statistics, and four B-type first-class disciplines at provincial-level, namely Public Administration, Business Administration, Theoretical Economics and Chinese Language and Literature.

We have famous scholars and young experts including teachers listed in the Ten-thousand Talents Program. There are 7 research platforms, including Zhejiang Provincial Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Sciences, and 5 provincial innovation teams. The University library has 5 distinctive collections and museums such as the Library of Nobel Prize in Economics, Library of Sun Yefang Prize in Economic Science, Library of Literature in Government Regulation, etc.

Adhering to the motto of Pursuing virtue and academic excellence, and keeping pace with the times, ZUFE has been dedicated to building an innovative and entrepreneurial university with distinctive features, and aim to be a first-class a first-class university of finance and economics. Taking the talents as impetus for the University, we’ve been striving to develop a large number of high-caliber faculty members with capability, morality and vitality. The purpose of the Fourth International Forum for Young Scholars is to recruit more talented individuals from both home and abroad.

 

II. About the Forum

 

The Fourth International Forum for Young Scholars will be held on November 29-30, 2022 at Hangzhou, in China’s Zhejiang Province. This forum aims to build a platform of academic exchange and achievements presentation for young scholars from home and abroad, through keynote speeches, seminars, and meetings. Focusing on high-demand areas and frontiers of academic research, this forum is expected to enhance academic communication and cooperation of young scholars from home and abroad, and help them to have a better understanding of the University and greater interest in pursuing an academic career in the future.

 

III. Field of Study

 

The related fields of study of this forum includes Applied Economics, Business Administration, Theoretical Economics, Law, Statistics, Public Administration, Management Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Political Sciences, Mathematics, Sociology, Chinese Language and Literature, Foreign Language and Literature, Journalism & Communication, Philosophy, Arts, and Marxist Theory.

 

IV. Potential Participants

 

Young scholars including world-renowned professors, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and lecturers from home and abroad are welcome to join in this forum. The potential participants shall possess a doctoral degree from a world-class university, have made certain achievements or shown potential in related fields of study, and be under the age of 45 (outstanding scholars will be exempted from the age restriction).

VI. Forum Platform

 

This year’s forum will be held on-site and online at the same time. For participants who register to join in this forum, ZUFE will review the applications and send formal invitations to the potential participants on or after November 6, 2022.

 

VII. Subsidies for Participants

 

For young scholars who receive invitations and apply for the on-site forum, we will provide transportation and accommodation subsidies if they participate in the forum in line with the requirements for pandemic prevention and control.

The reimbursement of transportation is in accordance with the expenses-based financial policy. For scholars from abroad, it is up to RMB 13,000 yuan; for scholars from the Asia-Pacific countries and regions, it is up to RMB 8,000 yuan; for scholars from mainland China, it is up to RMB 5,000 yuan. According to the rules, air tickets are limited to economy class, and train tickets are limited to second class. Accommodation during the forum will be arranged by the University and the expenses will be borne by the University.
