Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced (2-3 years) Sales & BD Executive to join our team in the machinery and packaging industry. We are seeking highly motivated International Sales and Business Development fields to join our team in the box forming and folding machinery industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive contacts and knowledge in the industrial sectors of Fruit processing machinery in ASEAN markets (Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines), Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Experience with corrugators or packaging integrators sector a background in these areas is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fruit processing machinery as well as corrugator and packaging integrators industry. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the box forming and folding machinery sectors. - Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their packaging needs are met efficiently. - Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their packaging needs are met efficiently. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions. - Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales and BD within the machinery or packaging industry. - Strong network and knowledge of the corrugators or packaging integrators industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - High English level in writing and speaking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required.
