一、中心簡介
首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心（簡稱創(chuàng)新中心）是北京市新成立的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo)，開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究，致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力，提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家及其科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究優(yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作，打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺，綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑，實(shí)踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制，逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。
二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹
Hansen實(shí)驗(yàn)室專注于研究興奮性細(xì)胞在天然三維狀態(tài)下的信號傳導(dǎo)，以便更好地理解人類疾病的分子基礎(chǔ)。通過研究這些分子機(jī)制，旨在闡明疾病的發(fā)展過程，并開發(fā)出預(yù)防或減輕疾病影響的治療方法。
三、主要研究課題
1.利用超分辨率成像和空間生物學(xué)建立膜介導(dǎo)麻醉的分子基礎(chǔ)。
2.研究膽固醇在驅(qū)動炎癥性疾?。òò柎暮ＤY和慢性疼痛）中的分子作用。
3.利用新型藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)開發(fā)非成癮性鎮(zhèn)痛藥（止痛藥）。
4.揭示低閾值時膜介導(dǎo)的機(jī)械感覺的分子基礎(chǔ)。
四、主要成果與貢獻(xiàn)
1.在哺乳動物細(xì)胞和果蠅中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種膜介導(dǎo)的麻醉作用機(jī)制（PNAS, 2020）。
2.建立了調(diào)節(jié)鉀通道的膜介導(dǎo)機(jī)械感覺機(jī)制（eLife, 2024; Nature Communications, 2016）。
3.發(fā)現(xiàn)星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞膽固醇是阿爾茨海默癥中淀粉樣蛋白生成的調(diào)節(jié)因子（PNAS, 2021）。
4.證明信號脂質(zhì)可作為離子通道的直接激動劑（BBA, 2016; Nature, 2011）。

01博士后
1）主要職責(zé)
1.獨(dú)立開展課題研究項(xiàng)目；
2.協(xié)助PI指導(dǎo)研究生，撰寫論文及基金申請。
2）任職要求
1.生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)或生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域背景。獲得博士學(xué)位（最近兩年內(nèi)優(yōu)先）或即將完成博士學(xué)位；
2.以第一作者身份在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主流期刊上發(fā)表過或即將發(fā)表研究論文；
3.有電生理學(xué)、超分辨率顯微鏡或冷凍電鏡研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
4.在分子生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)純化、原代細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和/或小鼠研究方面有豐富的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5.精通英語閱讀、寫作和日常溝通，能夠使用英語撰寫論文。
02實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理員
1）主要職責(zé)
1.訂購和管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室耗材和試劑，制備常用緩沖液和溶液；
2.實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常管理及費(fèi)用核算和報銷；
3.安排實(shí)驗(yàn)室會議和其他例行活動。
2）任職要求
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
2.具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力；
3.精通中英文閱讀、寫作和日常溝通；
4.熟悉日常辦公軟件。

The Hansen Laboratory at CIMR focuses on studying the signaling of excitable cells in their native three-dimensional state to better understand the molecular basis of human disease.By investigating these molecular mechanisms, we aim to elucidate disease progression and develop therapies to prevent or mitigate its impact.
Major Research Projects
1.Establishing the molecular basis for membrane-mediated anesthesia using super-resolution imaging and spatial biology.
2.Investigating the molecular role of cholesterol in driving inflammatory diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and chronic pain.
3.Developing non-addictive analgesics (pain medications) using novel drug discovery assays.
4.Uncovering the molecular basis of membrane-mediated mechanosensation at low thresholds.
Major Contributions
1.Identified a membrane-mediated mechanism of anesthetic action in mammalian cells and in fruit fly (PNAS, 2020)
2.Established a membrane-mediated mechanism of mechanosensation regulating a potassium channel (eLife, 2024; Nature Communications, 2016)
3.Identified astrocyte cholesterol as a regulator of amyloid production in Alzheimer’s Disease (PNAS, 2021)
4.Demonstrated that signaling lipids act as direct agonists of ion channels (BBA, 2016; Nature, 2011)

Postdoctoral Researcher
Main Responsibilities
a.Conduct research projects independently.
b.Assist PI to mentor graduate students, write grant proposals and manuscripts.
Qualifications
a.Backgrounds in biology, biochemistry, or biomedical fields.A recent Ph.D.degree (ideally within the last 2 years) or about to complete a PhD.
b.Published or about to publish a first author research paper in a reputable journal.
c.Research experience in electrophysiology, super-resolution microscopy, or cryoEM is appreciated and favored.
d.Strong research experience in molecular biology, protein purification, primary cell culture, and/or mouse studies.
e.Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.Capable of writing papers in English.
Laboratory Manager
Main Responsibilities
a.Order and manage laboratory consumables and reagents and prepare commonly used buffers and solutions.
b.Laboratory daily management and expense accounting and reimbursement.
c.Arrange lab meetings and other routine activities.
Qualifications
a.Have a bachelor's degree or above degree in life science- or medicine-related majors.
b.Have excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
c.Proficient in English and Chinese reading, writing, and daily communication.
d.Familiar with daily office software.
e.Priority will be given to applicants with laboratory management experience.
